HOW TO ENTER
We encourage you to visit one of the Leather Ranch locations nearest you. Once you're there, just ask one of the sales persons for an entry form. You will have to complete a breif survey and fill in the required information consisting of a name, address, phone number and an email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. The contest runs from the 15th of the month to the 15th of the month.

All individuals who are residents of Canada and the United States (except where prohibited by law) who are 19 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except affiliates, employees, representatives and agents of Leather Ranch Inc., Contest judges and persons domiciled with any of the above.

PRIZES
The Prize consists of ONE Leather Ranch jacket (his or hers) of your choice up to a value of $500.00 regular retail value. Limit of one(1) prize per person. Winner must be at least 19 years of age. Winner will be announced on the web site the first of every month.

HOW YOU COULD WIN
Contest - A random draw will be selected by one of our judges. The Leather Ranch will contact the winning contestant via email or phone. To be confirmed a winner, the contestant must first: (1) correctly answer a time limited, mathematical, skill testing question administered by phone at a mutually agreeable pre-arranged time; and (2) sign a declaration of compliance with the Contest rules and a release satisfactory to Leather Ranch Inc.; and (3) supply written proof of including but not limited to photo I.D.

GENERAL RULES
The prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. By accepting a prize, the winner will be deemed to have read these Contest rules and to have consented to abide by them.

All entry forms become the property of Leather Ranch Inc. and shall not be returned. Leather Ranch Inc. will not be responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entry forms for any reason whatsoever.

All Contest Judges’ decisions regarding any matter relating to this Contest shall be final and binding without appeal on all Contest entrants.

The Leather Ranch Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent kind and value.

The Leather Ranch Ltd. and its agents are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may terminate or withdraw this Contest and/or any entry forms found to contain such errors without liability and at their sole discretion.

The Leather Ranch Ltd. reserves the right to use the Contest winner’s name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any advertising or publicity.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations.
