REFUNDS
The Leather Ranch has a very firm No Refund policy, which it stands behind.
We are manufactures, and we sell our garments at very reasonable prices. We sell a huge selection of quality goods in all price ranges. However, the selling price does not include a mark-up for restocking or worse yet throwing or giving away goods which have already been worn. We stand behind our policy of NOT selling used goods. We sell only brand new goods never worn. Our sales consultants will do everything humanly possible to help you select goods that are totally suitable for you in every way. Fit and style, as well as suitability for your lifestyle and what you want to use the goods for. Once our qualified sales consultants have assisted you, if you are still not totally sure of your purchase, please wait until you are. We want you to be thoroughly delighted and comfortable with your purchase. You should be satisfied that you will be happy to live in and with your purchase of a Leather Ranch garment for many years to come, whether you made the purchase on line or in person at a location convenient to you.
EXCHANGES
Canada Exchanges - You have 14 days from the date that you receive your purchase to exchange your order.
USA Exchanges - You have 21 days from the date that you receive your purchase to exchange your order.
International Exchanges - Please contact us.
*Proof of purchase must accompany all items sent back to us for exchange.*
Exchange item will be shipped to you when the initial item is received by us. You are responsible for all shipping charges of all items coming back to us for exchange.
If making an exchange because we sent you a wrong item we will refund you the original shipping charges.
Please ship all goods by a prepaid insured and traceable method. We will then have the correct item sent to you once the original is received.
Please be advised! We are unable to exchange items that have been worn, altered, or in any other way damaged. We will stand behind these items with The Leather Ranch servicing and guarantee policies. However, should you return an item no longer in perfectly brand new condition it will be returned to you, freight collect.

GIFT PURCHASES
Please be advised that our exchange and refund policies apply to all gift purchases as well. However, since we design and manufacture our own goods in our own factory we are able to provide service above and beyond any retailer that must purchase goods. This includes fitting the very difficult to fit or to please the very difficult to please. If you do not see it on our web site, or at one of our stores, where we carry literally hundreds of styles, chances are we can make it anyway. This includes making made to measure garments or custom designed goods. (applies to Canadian made goods and additional charges will apply)
Should you be making a Christmas gift purchase, the timing allowed to exchange the item will be extended to:(all other normal exchange policies apply)

All orders within Canada are shipped via priority post. The costs of the service that you select will be verified with you prior to your order being finalized and the level of service, as well as the arrival date will be identified on your order confirmation. Your choices in service are as follows:

Since The Leather Ranch is not required to charge Canadian taxes on orders shipped to the USA or other international destinations, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
